GENTLE YOGA

Hatha style class thats great for beginners or those seeking a slower, softer more gentle style.  The use of props will assist through our practice as well as allow you to melt into your mat for a longer, relaxing savasana! All Levels

STRONG FLOW

Quiet the mind as you move with your breath in this heat building Vinyasa Flow.  Expect continuous movement and dynamic breathing.  Some challenging balancing poses as well as inversions are sometimes offered for those who look to take their practice to the next level.  Some knowledge of basic yoga poses is suggested but not required.  All Levels/ intermediate 

BEACH YOGA

Take your practice outside as we mix movement, meditation, sun, sea and salty air!  Bring a towel and water! Classes are weather permitting! Meet at beach at the end of Perry street. Don't forget your sunblock! Gentle/All Levels

BREATHE- MOVE- MEDITATE

This one hour class is broken down into three segments that begins with conscious breathing techniques that center and ground you in the present, followed by movement to clear the body of stuck and stagnant energy so we may fully sink in to deep relaxation during our final elongated meditation! Join us for this practice on the BEACH to really connect to nature and your surroundings! All Levels

SACRED SUNDAY PRACTICE


This 75 min Sunday morning practice on the beach is the perfect opportunity to slow down and be present as you disconnect from your busy day to day activities and reconnect with Spirit. This class combines, hatha yoga, Kundalini as well as Pranayama practices to increase vitality, clear stuck or stagnant energy and balance the chakras leaving you feeling energized, joyful and ready to take on your week! This fun, community building class held at Willow Creek WInery at 168 stevens street, West Cape May, combines our All levels Flow with a post- savasana glass of sangria!
