Addison is a graduate of Cape May Yoga's YTT during 2020, one of the most challenging years we have faced as a collective in recent years. The students had to adapt and change to finish their program online instead of in person but their dedication and support to one another was unparallelled and only served to show what kind of teachers they would be. Addison creates an environment of acceptance, love and peace from the moment she steps in to the studio. She radiates warmth and joy that can be felt by all of her students. Addison's gentle style focuses on slower movements and longer holds allowing the practitioner to truly drop out of their head and into their feeling body!
