CAPE MAY YOGA
Maddie recently graduated from a 200 hour Ashtanga certification program. She specializes in dynamic flows that focus on getting students to feel more in touch with their bodies and minds in order to create space for healing and growth. Maddie is passionate about applying yogic philosophy to her everyday life and hopes to share this idea of living more intuitively and compassionately with her students. Yoga has acted as a shining light in her life and she feels blessed to be able to share this gift with others!
MEET THE TEAM
Lias training specializes in Iyengar Yoga, an alignment based practice. She is also a Transformational Breath Facilitator. She enjoys teaching fun and creative Vinyasa Flow classes that invigorate the mind, body and spirit. She passionately believes it is the connection with our body and mind through the poses and pranayama that bring more of an awareness to ourselves and help us discover who we truly are. This time on our mat is meant to open us up to release negative emotions and energy so that we may create space for positivity, light, love and peace in our hearts! Her dream in opening CMY, was to create a sacred space to share the wonderful gift of yoga and healing power of the breath with all who enter her studio.
RITA LYNN LYMAN
Rita is an intuitive healer and massage artist who has 10+ years experience as a professional massage therapist blending massage therapy, yoga and art. Her teaching style is thoughtful and nourishing to the body. Enjoy a juicy slow flow, gentle style yoga that is like a massage through movement or a restorative class to relax the body! Book a tarot card reading with Rita or a massage in her space just downstairs from the studio!
Cassandra has her 200RYT in Vinyasa based training, as well as prenatal and floating yoga certifications. She feels a deep connection with the ocean and is grateful to call Cape May her home! The mental and emotional benefits Cassandra has experienced since beginning her practice, have changed her life in the most positive ways. Yoga has taught her to be fully present in each moment and to not take everything so seriously. She firmly believes that yoga is to be shared with everyone and is diligent about making classes accessible to all that join in! Her classes are simultaneously grounding and upbeat, helping you to leave with a refreshed mindset!
