What is transformational Breath?
This style of breathwork is a self empowering, self healing tool using your own breath. It works on three levels- the physical, emotional and spiritual. Transformational breath encourages a full diaphragmatic breath. This technique creates a high frequency energy by increasing oxygen intake using a circular breathing pattern with no pauses between the inhale and the exhale. The facilitator will assess your breathing pattern first, then use simple techniques such as gentle pressure, sound and positive affirmations to help the breath open and flow more easily; allowing for clearing of negativity in the subconscious mind leaving you feeling more aware, connected, stress-free and peaceful!
